FENO MARKERS

Easy using, precise marking
  1. Position the marker and the plastic clip on the locking sleeve. Drive in the anchorage using the driving tool or a 2kg-hammer.
  2. Stop driving in when the handle of the tool is 1 cm from the marker head (with the locking sleeve in position in the marker head).
  3. Pull the reusable driving tool out, and plug the sleeve in the hole.
  4. Hit in the sleeve with the hammer. This operation has the following effect:
    1. It drives the anchorage fully home,
    2. It applies high pressure, ensuring a perfect seating for the marker in the ground,
    3. It causes the extension of the three high-strength prongs which will firmly anchor and lock the marker.
  5. Stop driving when the sleeve handle is a few centimeters from the marker head.
  6. Pull the sleeve out (reusable).

 

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE FENO MARKERS

The head
FENO produces different types (in form, material, color, inscription), so the geodesian jobs can be done between ideal working conditions.

The durability is guaranteed by the excellent shock-resistance and anti-aging characteristics.

The anchorage
FENO’s systems main characteristics are as following:

  • The 3 steel claws give an excellent resistance against pulling out of the ground.
  • Very good resistance against corrosion: due to the high-temperature zinc-bath, the mechanical characteristics are guaranteed for 30 years.
  • Very short installing times, even into the hardest grounds.


Underground sign
Made of aluminium (or zinced steel, when requested). It should be used in cases, where the risk of coming out off the ground is higher, then the underground sign stays in his position, so the marked point can’t be lost.

 

INSTALLING TOOLS
For installing the FENO markers, you will only need two light tools: a driving sleeve and a locking sleeve.

THE STANDARD FENO MARKERS
The standard marker includes:
- a Polyrock-head and
- an anchorage.
The anchorages are available in 3 lengths: 350, 500 and 600 mm.
The head is manufactured from resin-concrete, a material which is very similar to granite.
